Welcome to flowhouse Oakland, where co-working, wellness, and inclusion seamlessly converge. We are Oakland's newest BIPOC & LGBTQIA-centered co-working and movement space, founded by Rozz Nash.

At flowhouse, we offer our space for co-working as well as a range of wellness classes, like yoga, pilates, dance, and other restoration practices.

Our mission is to provide a sanctuary for those who tirelessly support the world. With world-class instructors, a compassionate community, and an array of exceptional offerings, flowhouse is where Oakland's cultural warriors come to rejuvenate, experience deep care, and find radical rest.

Our Mission

We welcome all sentient beings in our new flowhouse co-working space in Oakland! We are intentional in centering our BIPOC folks and LGBTQIA+ community. From bottom to top and side to side, flowhouse strives to represent the multifaceted fabric that is Oakland in all areas of our environment, from the clients to the staff, to the management team, and everything in between.
