Limpia: energetic cleanse using herbs 5-10 minutes - $11
A limpia is the Spanish word for a cleaning or cleanse. Powerful herbs such as rosemary, rue, and marigold are brushed and tapped all over the body to clear out stagnant energy.
Reiki refresh: 15 min session - $27
Rei-ki means Source/Universal energy. It is channeled through the hands to the body so that vany subtle blockages can be removed for more optimal balance, alignment and self healing capability.

Joy is a certified Health Educator, which allows her to provide practical guidance to clients on how to maintain optimal health and wellness. Joy's expertise in sports medicine, prenatal/postpartum care, somatic therapy, breath-work, and neuromuscular techniques make her a versatile and skilled practitioner.
